Off Plan Property Specialist

Job Location: UAE

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify offplan property investment opportunities including market trends, developer reputations, and potential returns on investment.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote offplan properties to potential buyers utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and property exhibitions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, providing expert advice and guidance on offplan property investments including location analysis, project features, payment plans, and potential risks and rewards.
  4. Conduct presentations and property tours for clients showcasing offplan projects and explaining the benefits of investing in preconstruction properties.
  5. Negotiate sales agreements and terms with buyers and developers ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  6. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to offplan property transactions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally throughout the purchasing process.
  8. Oversee the entire offplan property transaction process from initial contact to closing, coordinating with developers, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
  9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agencies, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to expand the network and generate offplan property leads.
