Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of properties
  • Conduct market appraisals and property valuations
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Win instructions and target new business opportunities
  • Work effectively as part of a team, assisting others as necessary
  • Create a positive customer experience and manage inquiries professionally
  • Keep updated on market trends and inform clients accordingly
  • Maintain an up-to-date database
  • Develop strategies to increase property value for clients looking to sell
  • Negotiate with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license; own car preferred
  • Proven sales experience in Dubai
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Strong negotiation skills and great interpersonal abilities
