Engel & Völkers Dubai seeks an Investment Advisor – Off-Plan to drive exclusive off-plan property sales to a global client base in a luxury market.
This commission-only role rewards entrepreneurial, client-focused professionals who can source leads, present investment opportunities, and close deals with developers and high-net-worth investors. Qualifications
- Experience in Dubai real estate, off-plan preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline
- Excellent English communication skills plus additional languages a plus
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments
- Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals
- Conduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations
- Maintain relationships with developers and project sales teams
- Stay up to date with market trends, launches and pricing strategies
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector
