Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide expert guidance and advice on off-plan property investments.
  2. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in the off-plan sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
  3. Sales and Negotiation:
    • Actively promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
  4. Lead Management:
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and ensure timely communication with potential clients.
    • Distribute and manage leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai Off Plan property sales.
  2. Determination to succeed and a strong ambition.
  3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  4. Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Valid driving license.
