Job summary

Dubai Air Navigation Services is seeking an experienced ATSEP OES Team Leader to deliver CNS systems expertise and support to ATC and ATE operations in Dubai. You will guide engineering configurations, participate in change management, and ensure compliance with CNS manuals, standards and local regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, at least 6 years in ATE in a senior role, and 3 years supervisory experience, with relevant regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years as an ATE specialist in a senior role.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• OJTI qualification or willingness to gain.
• Up to date knowledge of GCAA Civil Aviation Regulations.
• Knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices.
• Technical knowledge of CNS, ATC and other airport systems.
• Knowledge of ATC procedures and customer processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the OES Manager in delivering CNS Systems expertise to ATC and ATE operations.
• Provide guidance on engineering configurations of current and future CNS systems and participate in change management.
• Ensure compliance with CNS manuals, processes, procedures and applicable regulations.
