We are seeking an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine from grape harvesting to bottling.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of oenology, with demonstrable knowledge and skills in winemaking and viticulture. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and take responsibility for all aspects of winemaking.

The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. They must also have strong organizational skills and be proactive in solving problems that arise during the production process. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you will need to liaise with other departments as well as customers.
