We are seeking an Oenologist to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have no prior experience and no English language requirement. We are particularly interested in considering applications from women and people of Indian and Pakistani nationalities.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new wines, developing new flavors and aromas, and supervising the process of winemaking.
• You will have a good understanding of the principles of oenology, as well as the latest technology and techniques used in winemaking. Additionally, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, monitor fermentation temperatures, adjust acidity levels, and ensure that all processes adhere to quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of all processes and analyze data for research purposes. Ensure that safety protocols are upheld at all times.
