Labelle Chocolates Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Odoo Software Engineer – Techno-Functional with 2–3 years of experience to design, customize, and deploy ERP solutions. You will work across HR, Finance, Sales, Retail, Inventory, and Manufacturing to translate business needs into reliable software.

Join a team focused on automation, data integrity, and scalable integrations using Odoo modules and the OWL framework.

Qualifications

2–3 years of professional experience in software development and/or Odoo development.
Strong practical experience with Odoo ERP development and customization.
Good understanding of software development principles and application architecture.
Experience with frontend development and OWL Framework.
Experience developing and customizing Odoo POS and business workflows.
Good understanding of databases, backend logic, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Understanding of software testing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Git/GitHub and software version control.
Ability to analyze existing applications and understand how different software components work together.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, maintain, and support Odoo ERP applications.
Understand business requirements and convert them into technical and functional solutions.
Analyze existing software processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Configure and customize Odoo modules including POS, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
Customize Odoo POS and frontend applications using the OWL framework.
Develop software features based on business requirements and user needs.
Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems using APIs.
Work with databases, business logic, backend services, and frontend applications.
Participate in system architecture, application design, testing, debugging, deployment, and performance optimization.
Investigate system errors and provide technical solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support data migration, system upgrades, and ERP implementation projects.
Provide technical support and training to end users and key users.
Work with business teams to improve workflows and automate manual processes.
Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
Maintain version control and development standards using Git/GitHub.
Ensure software solutions are secure, stable, scalable, and maintainable.
