Job summary

International Energy Resources FZCO in Dubai seeks an experienced Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer to drive ERP enhancements, integrate systems, and prepare the organization for UAE e-Invoicing requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong Odoo development with deep knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes, and will work closely with stakeholders to implement practical business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and techno-functional consulting.
• Strong experience with Odoo v17+ and Python.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
• Configure, customize, and develop Odoo modules across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing.
• Lead UAE e-Invoicing implementation including system integrations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems APIs and business applications.
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments and user training.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
