Job summary

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies seeks a senior ERP professional to lead Odoo ERP implementation and configuration across accounting, sales, procurement and inventory while ensuring VAT and tax compliance in the UAE.

You will oversee consolidation, intercompany accounting and financial reporting, driving process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration with finance, operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Odoo ERP implementation and configuration.
• UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance experience.
• Consolidation & intercompany accounting exposure.
• Advanced MS Excel / large-data handling.
• Team management & cross‑functional coordination.
• ERP integration across accounting, sales, purchase and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation and configuration projects.
• Manage accounting modules: AP/AR/GL, consolidation and intercompany processes.
• Integrate Odoo modules for Accounting, Sales, Purchase and Inventory.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance in processes.
• Improve financial controls and automate ERP processes.
