Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Odoo Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by selling Odoo ERP solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the full sales cycle to ensure successful implementation of Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend the right Odoo modules.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth Odoo ERP implementation.
• Stay updated on Odoo features, industry trends, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP sales (Odoo experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP functionalities and modules.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and client pain points.
• Experience working with CRM software for sales tracking.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
