Odoo Business Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to deliver tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
2. Design and configure Odoo modules, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
3. Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, customizing modules and troubleshooting issues as needed.
4. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, creating comprehensive documentation to support system usage.
5. Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Payroll, Fleet Management, HR, and CRM.
2. Technical expertise in Odoo development frameworks and Python programming is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
4. Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
