We are seeking a friendly and experienced German-Speaking Hotel Guide to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the German market and familiarity with the U.A.E. as a destination. This role involves meeting and assisting guests at airports and hotels, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Required Skills:

• Ability to understand and use online systems.
• Previous experience with German-speaking clients in tourism and a deep familiarity with the U.A.E.
• Ability to adapt to different group sizes, and their specific needs or interests.
• High level of intelligence, integrity, energy, and creativity.
• Driving license is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• To provide the company services for guests and assist them to enquiries and guest information ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the company.
• Provide clear and accurate interpretation of exhibits, artifacts, landmarks, or natural features in German.
• Assist visitors with any questions regarding the location, local culture, dining options, transportation, or other travel-related concerns.
• Ensure that the information is delivered in a culturally appropriate and respectful manner, reflecting an understanding of both German and local customs and practices.
• Ensure the safety of guests during tours, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Introduce guests to additional tours, experiences, or services available in the area.
• Promote other services or experiences available in the area (e.g., shops, restaurants, or additional tours), enhancing the guest experience.
• Work closely with other guides, coordinators, and management to improve services and guest satisfaction.
