Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics or computer science related field
2. Minimum 5-year experience in supporting automation hardware

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet client specifications
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing prompt solutions to minimize downtime
3. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and on-site personnel, answering questions and addressing concerns

Additional Experience:

1. Experience in Container Terminal Operation is a plus
2. Proficiency in supporting hardware equipment for automation
3. IoT devices and industrial automation knowledge

Personal Attributes:

1. Self-motivated with good team spirit, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Able to work independently and under pressure, with commitment to meeting project deadlines
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency
4. Willing to work outside office hours handling urgent support
