Job Title : Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) Location : Austin Center for Rehabilitation, Dubai | Sharjah, UAE Job Type : Full-Time Experience Required : Fresher or Experienced Role Summary : We are hiring a skilled Occupational Therapist who has experience working with children in clinical or school-based settings. The candidate should be passionate about early intervention and motivated to support children in developing essential motor, sensory, and functional life skills. Responsibilities : Conduct thorough evaluations of fine / gross motor and sensory integration skills. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in line with clinical goals. Work closely with families to guide home-based strategies and activities. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child. Monitor and document progress accurately and update treatment plans as needed. Prepare professional therapy reports in accordance with DHA requirements. Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Strong English communication skills; ability to build trust with children and parents.
