Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is sourcing a Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology for a leading private hospital in the UAE. The role covers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including high-risk pregnancies, in a modern multidisciplinary setting.

The candidate should hold a medical degree with a recognised specialist credential, and possess Tier 1 or Western qualifications. UAE licensing will be assessed, with relocation support offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

Medical degree with a recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred, including UK CCT / CCST, American Board, Canadian RCPSC, Irish, Australian / NZ qualifications.
Eligible for Consultant-level UAE licensing, subject to assessment by health authority.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading international or Western healthcare institutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and follow-up for obstetric and gynecological patients.
Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies including antenatal and postnatal care.
Provide care for gynecological conditions across reproductive years.
Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as clinically indicated.
Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, fertility/IVF, neonatology, anesthesiology, radiology, and other teams.
