Job summary

Leading hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. The role involves managing routine and high-risk pregnancies, gynecological conditions, and surgical cases within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

You will contribute to clinical excellence, patient safety, and the ongoing development of women’s health services, working with a team of specialists across related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• American Board, UK CCT/CCST, or equivalent Western qualification.
• Western-qualified candidate with consultant-level experience.
• Strong experience in general obstetrics and gynecology, including high-risk cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions.
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures and surgeries according to clinical expertise.
• Manage emergency obstetric and gynecological cases effectively.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex gynecological conditions.
• Perform and interpret examinations, ultrasound assessments, and diagnostic investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and counseling for patients.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology, anesthesiology, fertility, oncology, and other teams.
