Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is assisting a private leading hospital in the UAE to recruit an experienced Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynecology. The role covers routine and high-risk pregnancies, a broad range of gynecologic conditions, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a modern healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will have a medical degree with a recognised OB/GYN specialist qualification, proven consultant-level experience, and be eligible for UAE licensing.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Proven consultant-level experience in OB/GYN.
• Experience managing high-risk pregnancies desirable.
• Tier 1 / Western qualification preferred (UK CCT/CCST, American Board, etc.).
• Eligible for Consultant UAE licensing, subject to authority assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for obstetric and gynecological patients.
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies including antenatal and postnatal care.
• Provide comprehensive care for gynecological conditions across reproductive ages.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure UAE standards compliance.
• Participate in governance, quality improvement, and CPD activities.
