Job summary

The Client of Alpha Data Recruitment is seeking an O365 EUC Engineer to deliver L2–L3 engineering support and administration across a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. You will manage Microsoft 365 services and drive platform automation to maintain tenant health.

The role requires 5–8 years in M365/EUC/Collaboration, with hands-on work on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams, plus strong Entra ID/Azure AD Connect expertise and PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / EUC / Collaboration engineering.
• Hands-on administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 engineering support and administration for M365 and EUC platforms.
• Administer M365 services across tenant health and platform automation.
• Configure and manage Teams policies, meetings, calling, and Teams Rooms.
• Handle escalations related to Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity.
• Automate admin tasks with PowerShell.

• The O365 EUC Engineer provides L2 L3 engineering support and administration for Microsoft 365 and End User Computing platforms across a large enterprise environment This role involves managing Microsoft 365 services handling escalations and supporting tenant health and platform automation
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive and Teams
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including identity licensing Conditional Access groups and hybrid directory synchronization
• Configure and manage Microsoft Teams including policies meetings calling and Teams Rooms
• Handle L3 escalations related to Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity platforms
• Perform Microsoft 365 administration and bulk operations using PowerShell
• 5 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / EUC / Collaboration Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. Strong knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity. Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
