Job description

Our client's office in Abu Dhabi supports clients doing business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the wider MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

The Abu Dhabi office has a team of partners and associates with substantial domestic, regional, and international experience in corporate, private equity, M&A, projects, and finance. Currently, there are over 10 lawyers in the Abu Dhabi office.

You will be involved in international cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, and commercial matters across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, technology, natural resources, and life sciences.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials and experience working at a top-tier law firm on corporate transactions. Experience advising on private equity and M&A deals, particularly within the oil & gas or energy sectors, is preferred. Candidates should be qualified in a common law jurisdiction and have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
