Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Specialist to support TAQA Water Solutions projects in Abu Dhabi. You will contribute across design, construction, commissioning, handover and operation of wastewater, sewerage, pumping stations and related utility infrastructure.

You will ensure O&M requirements are integrated into project delivery to enhance asset performance, reliability and maintainability, and you will review O&M manuals, commissioning records and handover

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering fields as listed.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
10–15 years in operations, maintenance, asset management, commissioning, or related engineering roles.
Experience with wastewater networks, sewerage systems, pumping stations or water infrastructure.
Experience with TAQA Water Solutions or UAE utilities is highly desirable.
Handover, commissioning and operational readiness experience for large projects.
Strong knowledge of wastewater and sewerage systems.
Asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning experience.
Experience reviewing O&M manuals and handover documentation.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
Familiarity with CMMS and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

Support TAQA Water Solutions projects across design, construction, commissioning, handover and operation.
Integrate O&M requirements into project delivery for asset performance and reliability.
Review and contribute to O&M manuals, commissioning records and handover documentation.
Apply lifecycle thinking and asset management best practices throughout the project.
