Job summary

HITACHI RAIL STS S.P.A. in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Interface & Integration Manager to oversee wayside installation design, routing cables, and system integration across rail projects.

You will coordinate interfaces with civil works, systems contractors, operators and third parties, lead governance, risk and change control, and ensure safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

This role demands strong leadership and clear communication to deliver reliable rail systems.

Qualifications

• Interface management governance across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage internal, intercontract and intracontract interfaces.
• Own Interface Register, Interface Matrix, and ICDs with formal closure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Interface Management process across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage internal, intercontract and intracontract interfaces.
• Own Interface Register, Interface Matrix, and ICDs with formal closure.
• Coordinate overall system integration across subsystems and contractors.
• Ensure new systems integrate with existing and future infrastructure.
• Oversee design, construction, testing and commissioning for safety and quality.
• Act as single point of coordination with Client Engineer, Operators, and third parties.
• Support planning, reporting, and performance monitoring of integration activities.
