Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee clinical and operational activities, ensuring optimum patient care and safety.

You will lead the Nurses Leadership Team and coordinate with senior leadership to drive strategic direction for the nursing/midwifery department. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a current license, and significant clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years study duration from accredited program.
• Valid/Current national license.
• BLS certification required.
• Desired: postgraduate diploma in nursing/management/administration.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Nursing Senior Leadership to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.
• Provide leadership in disaster management, patient safety, and staffing planning.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for nursing units/wards.
• Participate in recruitment and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
• Drive evidence-based practice and continuous education in the Nursing Department.
