Job summary

SEHA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated staff nurse to deliver age-appropriate patient care within the Nursing Scope of Practice and HA-AD guidelines. You will supervise junior staff, mentor colleagues, and participate in annual performance reviews while upholding patient safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate discharge planning, document thoroughly, and contribute to infection control and risk management while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• NLT 2 years clinical experience post qualification in appropriate setting
• Experience waiver for UAE nursing college graduates after internship

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate patient care according to Nursing Scope of Practice and HA-AD policies.
• Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach.
• Supervises junior staff, acts as preceptor, and participates in performance reviews.
• Demonstrates leadership, professional accountability and patient advocacy.
• Ensures documentation is accurate and confidential and participates in risk management.
