Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience post qualification in appropriate setting.
• Experience waiver for UAE graduates after internship.

Responsibilities

• Provides age appropriate patient care according to Nursing Scope of Practice.
• Promotes a collaborative practice model and interdisciplinary team approach.
• Supervises junior nurses and student nurses; acts as preceptor as required.
• Performs in-charge duties as delegated and participates in annual performance reviews.
• Maintains patient safety, documentation, and confidentiality; communicates effectively with the care team.
