2. Manage the day to day operations of the unit

3. Overall supervision of the unit

4. Ensure the assigned staff are practicing as per the job description and competency

5. Supervision on stock management

6. Prepare required SOPs for the unit

7. Monitor the staff for their current practice

8. Guidance and counseling of the staff

9. Coordinate for interview education
