Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To ensure that quality and safe patient care is delivered by co-ordinating and facilitating the management of clinical and non-clinical resources as well as support services in the facility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and leadership guidance to all multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality and safe patient care during shift
• To activate, co-ordinate and manage all clinical or non-clinical emergencies
• To provide effective and efficient operational guidance and support in the absence of Unit Manager or Head of Department
• To achieve the clinical quality according to set policies and procedures
• To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that contributes to team engagement

Required Education

Essential : Bachelor of Nursing from a recognised Nursing Institute

Desired : Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

Required Experience

Essential : At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
