Job summary

A prominent healthcare provider in Dubai seeks a Senior Nursing Manager to ensure quality patient care through leadership and operational guidance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Nursing and 3-5 years of senior experience in a private hospital. They are expected to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage clinical emergencies, ensuring positive patient experiences and adherence to clinical quality standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Delivery of advanced nursing care in emergency or complicated situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide managerial and leadership guidance to all multidisciplinary team members.
  • Activate, co-ordinate and manage all clinical or non-clinical emergencies.
  • Achieve clinical quality according to set policies and procedures.
  • Ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees.

Skills

Main purpose

To ensure that quality and safe patient care is delivered by co-ordinating and facilitating the management of clinical and non-clinical resources as well as support services in the facility

Key responsibilities
  • Provide managerial and leadership guidance to all multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality and safe patient care during shift
  • To activate, co-ordinate and manage all clinical or non-clinical emergencies
  • To provide effective and efficient operational guidance and support in the absence of Unit Manager or Head of Department
  • To achieve the clinical quality according to set policies and procedures
  • To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that contributes to team engagement
Required education

Essential: Bachelor of Nursing from a recognised Nursing Institute

Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

Required experience

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
