Job summary

Stanford Nursery in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead branch operations, ensure high standards of care, education, and safety, and enhance parent experiences. You will oversee admissions, curriculum support, and staff performance while maintaining UAE regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of nursery or school management experience in the UAE, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of nursery or school management experience in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional approach when dealing with parents, employees, and senior management.
• Good knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and operational procedures.
• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the nursery branch.
• Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for children.
• Maintain compliance with nursery policies and relevant UAE regulatory requirements.
• Build strong and professional relationships with parents.
• Oversee admissions, enrollments, and branch administration.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily operational standards.
• Support curriculum implementation and educational activities.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate closely with management.
• Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, safety, and education.
