Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care and education.
2. Lead, support, and motivate a team of educators and support staff.

4. Ensure the nursery complies with UAE regulations and safety standards.
5. Manage enrolments, budgeting, and administrative tasks efficiently.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on their child's progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in education, CACHE 5 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting (UAE experience is mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and early education standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
