5. Shape the Future: Design and implement a curriculum that nurtures cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while aligning with EYFS standards.
6. Maintain Excellence: Oversee accreditation, inspections, and adherence to all educational guidelines and policies.
7. Ensure Operational Success: Manage staffing levels, training, recruitment, and scheduling to maintain a well-run and harmonious nursery.
8. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest trends and research in early childhood education to continuously enhance our approach.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (preferably working towards a postgraduate qualification) with MOFA attestation.
2. Experience: At least 3+ years in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
3. Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward excellence.
4. Expertise in Early Childhood Education: A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks and best practices.
