About Premium Nurseries Holding Limited
Premium Nurseries Holding Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bright Capital Investment, is establishing a chain of premium British nurseries in the UAE. The first nursery will open in August 2025 in Sharjah's Al Jada community, followed by two more nurseries in the nearby Masaar community and in Dubai.
Bright Capital Investment is a leading school operator and investment company committed to building one of the largest educational platforms in the UAE, spanning nursery, primary, and secondary education. Its current portfolio includes Bright Learners Private School and three Star International School campuses in Dubai, along with a history of operating a nursery chain in Abu Dhabi.
As we prepare to open our doors in August 2025, we seek a passionate, experienced and UK qualified Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold our vision of excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily academic and operational functions of the nursery, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support and develop a team of qualified educators, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum inspired by EYFS and Reggio Emilia, enriched by best practices in early years pedagogy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including those of SPEA, Sharjah Health Authority, Sharjah Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
- Manage nursery budgets, resources, and administrative processes efficiently to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive marketing, admissions, and enrolment efforts to promote the nursery and increase student intake.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of qualified staff in alignment with the nursery's ethos and operational needs.
- Monitor and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, safeguarding, and well-being for all stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, fit-out, and launch of the nursery, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to meet safety and quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, or a Level 5 vocational certification.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-quality Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework, childcare regulations, and early years best practices.
- Proven success in managing an Early Childhood Centre, with a strong track record of compliance, quality assurance, and team development.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire staff and build strong partnerships with families.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education, dedicated to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
