A well-established British Nursery with multiple branches in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager for their branches.

Location: Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and ensure the Nursery's commitment to quality education and its continued improvement, with a main focus on student outcomes.
2. Maintain policies and procedures and ensure children's health and safety at all times.
3. Recruit, appoint, and train qualified staff as per the standards set by the Early Years curriculum.
4. Manage the staff at the nursery and ensure everyone follows and maintains the standard of quality.
5. Ensure lesson plans are in place and that they follow the British curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

1. Must have a Masters in Early Years Education or Cache Level 5 or ADEK.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience.
3. Relevant and appropriate teaching experience and preferably holds a teaching qualification.
