• Manage the operations of the branch
• Add, manage and retain enrollments
• Manage staffing including hire, retention, training to build a team
• Fulfil the MOE compliance and requirements
• Provide and ensure the quality of education, environment and safety for all children is of excellent quality
• Work with stakeholders, third parties for marketing and financial management
