Job description
  • Only a Female candidate can be hired as per Ministry requirements.
  • Holds an attested bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in an office environment & communicating with customers.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, plus strong interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience in handling tasks related to accounting, dealing with our finance team.
  • To provide admission information including relevant documents when requested by prospective parents.
  • To provide current admissions status of available places and arrange tours.
  • To process applications for places and maintain waiting lists.
  • Offer personal guidance to overseas prospective parents during all stages of the admissions process.
  • To work as part of a team to make a positive contribution to children’s learning and well-being within a happy and caring environment.
  • Highly proficient in operating all aspects of a PC.
  • The ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
