Job description
Only a Female candidate can be hired as per Ministry requirements.
Holds an attested bachelor’s degree or higher.
Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in an office environment & communicating with customers.
Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, plus strong interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in handling tasks related to accounting, dealing with our finance team.
To provide admission information including relevant documents when requested by prospective parents.
To provide current admissions status of available places and arrange tours.
To process applications for places and maintain waiting lists.
Offer personal guidance to overseas prospective parents during all stages of the admissions process.
To work as part of a team to make a positive contribution to children’s learning and well-being within a happy and caring environment.
Highly proficient in operating all aspects of a PC.
The ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
