Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary health care, first aid, and emergency response to students and staff.

Assist in medical assessments and routine health screenings.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with university and health authority guidelines.

Coordinate with external hospitals and emergency services when necessary.

Support campus-wide health promotion campaigns and educational workshops.

Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and ensure safe storage of medications.

Maintain infection control procedures and participate in campus safety and emergency preparedness.

Participate in health audits and contribute to continuous improvement of health services.

Provide counseling and guidance on health-related matters including hygiene, nutrition, and stress management.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

License: Valid UAE Nursing License (MOH or DHA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.

Preferred Skills

Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Familiarity with medical software and health information systems.

Work Environment

Primarily on-campus in a clinical or office setting.
