About the job

In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in our clinics. You will work

collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and recovery of our

patients.

  • Nurses will be tasked with efficiently delivering expert nursing care to patients through a systematic approach encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to uphold exemplary standards of care
  • They will offer assistance in facilitating seamless patient admission processes and effective discharge planning, utilizing their clinical expertise
  • Actively engaging patients, their relatives, and caregivers to solicit their input, secure agreement, and keep them informed about their treatment and care in a proactive manner
  • Upholding registration, nursing competencies, and adherence to the code of Professional Conduct and associated documents
  • Demonstrating flexibility to work across various areas or departments to accommodate the evolving demands of the trust's workforce model and changing service requirements.
  • Supervising shifts and assuming responsibility for the smooth operation of services while on duty, fostering effective communication with managers and senior nurses to benefit patients and their families
  • Possessing both nursing and management expertise and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; UAE or DHA nursing license required
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong clinical proficiency and knowledge of nursing procedures
  • Excellent patient care, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and collaboration within a healthcare team
  • Effective English communication; Arabic proficiency preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations
  • Flexibility for shifts and adapting to patient needs
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Previous registered nursing experience preferred
