Overview

SydSen Recruit in South Africa is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to join a high-quality outpatient / ambulatory healthcare facility in Dubai .

This is a key leadership role focused on regulatory compliance, patient safety, operational excellence, and team development .

Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare authority regulations, circulars, and standards.
  • Manage daily clinical operations, nurse rosters, and patient flow.
  • Champion patient safety, quality of care, and exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee process improvement, clinical documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead quality and risk management initiatives, including incident reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Support Continuing Medical Education (CME), clinical competency, and staff development.
  • Coach, appraise, and mentor the nursing team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing / Healthcare Management advantageous).
  • Valid professional nursing license / eligibility.
  • 5–8+ years of post-registration nursing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior, charge, or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical audits, and quality programs.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and KPI reporting; experience with health authority systems advantageous.
