Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Male Nurse with a background in industrial and trauma care to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling emergency situations, providing on-site medical support, and managing general healthcare needs in an industrial or maritime environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide immediate medical assistance and trauma care to employees in the event of accidents or injuries.
  2. Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for crew members to ensure fitness for duty.
  3. Administer first aid, basic life support, and medication as needed for minor injuries and ailments, following proper medical protocols.
  4. Enforce and promote adherence to health and safety standards on board.
  5. Conduct safety drills and educate staff on emergency protocols.
  6. Keep accurate and confidential medical records of incidents, treatments provided, and health clearances.
  7. Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely reordering of essential items.
  8. Provide training sessions for staff on basic first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  2. Licensing: Valid DOH nursing license in UAE.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in industrial or trauma care, preferably in a maritime or shipping environment.
  4. Skills: Proficient in emergency and trauma care, first aid, CPR, and basic life support.
