Job description

We are hiring a licensed and compassionate Nurse to provide direct patient care, support clinical procedures, and assist physicians in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols as per UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Record vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms accurately.
  • Prepare patients for medical examinations and assist physicians during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Administer medications, IV infusions, and injections as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and report changes to the attending physician.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and patient areas.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, post-care instructions, and preventive health practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system.
  • Handle emergency situations with prompt, calm, and effective intervention.
  • Comply with all DHA/MOH/DOH guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Participate in internal training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license or eligibility letter.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong clinical and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: [e.g., 6 days/week, 1 day off]
