Job summary
Egis in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Site Characterization Lead to drive planning, execution, and technical leadership of multidisciplinary investigations for our nuclear waste management program. The role ensures defensible, licensing-grade site understanding to support design, safety, environmental assessments and licensing steps.
You will coordinate geology, geotechnical, hydrogeology, environmental, and licensing workstreams, ensuring data quality, traceability, and integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience with nuclear/radioactive waste site characterization, regulatory submissions, safety assessment interfaces
- Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary site investigation techniques, ground investigation, laboratory testing, and data interpretation
- Experience with GIS/SIMS-based site information management and licensing-grade data management
