Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in nuclear energy project management or large infrastructure projects.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear safety standards and IAEA/ UAE regulations.
• Strong program budgeting, financial management, and cost control capabilities.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with government and international partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software platforms.
• Experience in the Middle East or UAE regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies, timelines, and budgets for the nuclear project.
• Provide decisive leadership to cross-functional teams and promote accountability.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, and resource allocation for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with government bodies and international partners to ensure compliance.
• Identify risks, plan mitigation, and monitor milestones and quality.
• Manage vendor/contractor performance, procurement, and negotiations.
• Establish QA and safety management systems across all phases.
• Prepare progress reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
