Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in nuclear, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, reports, specs, and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, and design reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to project coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in site visits, audits, and client technical meetings.
• Prepare presentations, progress reports, and client deliverables.
• Analyze engineering data for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop understanding of nuclear safety culture and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in graduate development and training programs.
