Job summary

MPH is seeking an experienced NDE Specialist Pipeline Package for a Dubai-based project starting October 2026. The assignment covers full NDE activities for a major onshore pipeline package, with residential status and a 24-month term, demanding strong QA/QC coordination and adherence to project schedules.

Candidates should hold PCN Level-III or equivalent in PAUT/TOFD/UT/PT/MT and have 15+ years of hands-on NDE in major onshore pipelines, including sour gas experience.

Qualifications

• Gas midstream experience required.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• NDE qualifications PCN Level-III or equivalent in PAUT/TOFD/UT/PT/MT/RT minimum.
• Familiar with EPC phase activities.
• Experience in QA/QC and managing vendor POs from TBE to IRN.
• Experience across pipeline construction and associated NDE activities.
• Expertise in advanced NDE: AUT, ToFD, PAUT with ECA/calibration/validation.
• Knowledge of conventional NDE methods RT/UT/PT/MT.
• Maintains NDE certifications for at least 10 years.
• Capable of both manual and advanced UT (AUT/ToFD/PAUT).
• 15+ years hands-on in major onshore pipeline projects and sour gas pipelines.

Responsibilities

• The service holder shall own all NDE activities for the Pipeline Package.
• Serve as NDE focal point for the Pipeline Package project.
• Maintain Quality Management systems to promote best practice and continuous improvement.

Job description

We are looking for a NDE Specialist Pipeline Package for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Dubai, UAE

Start Date: October 2026

Duration: 24 months, extendable

Work Status: Residential, Single

Qualifications/Experience required

• Gas Midstream experience
• Qualification: Engineering degree (Preferable)
• NDE qualifications-PCN Level-III or Equivalent as a minimum in PAUT/TOFD ,UT,PT,MT,RT methods
• Conversant in all the EPC phase activities
• Conversant in handling Engineering and Procurement QA/QC Process especially handling the Vendor purchase orders from TBE to IRN stage with minimal supervision when required.
• Experience and conversant in entire pipeline construction sequence and related NDE activities
• Expertise in advanced NDE methods like Automated Ultrasonic Testing, Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and its related ECA, calibration, validation requirements
• Conversant in other Conventional NDE methods like RT, UT, PT and MT
• Continuously holding the Certification for minimum of 10 years
• Capable of carrying out both Manual and Advanced UT methods like AUT,ToFD and PAUT in order to cross check Contractor performance
• 15+ years of hands on experience in Major Onshore Pipeline Projects and experience in Sour (region 3) gas pipelines.

Job Dimensions

• The service holder shall take ownership of managing all NDE activities in the PROJECT Pipeline Package.
• Shall act as NDE focal point for the Pipeline Package of Project.
