Job summary

Parsons in Dubai invites applications for an Associate NOC Coordinator (RTA Projects). You will liaise with government authorities to secure NOC approvals and support the design team through coordination and documentation. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years' experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car, as the role requires frequent travel to government offices and service authorities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies, authorities, and client team to secure NOC approvals.
• Attend project kick-off and coordination meetings, supporting design team during the NOC process.
• Monitor drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and government entities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and design documentation for management and clients.
