Job Description

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software, primarily within the Extreme Networks ecosystem.
• Administer and support Avaya IP telephony systems, including call routing, voicemail, extensions, and endpoint provisioning.
• Monitor network and voice system performance and proactively address issues using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents, implement upgrades, and manage change requests.
• Maintain documentation for network and voice infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Participate in network-related projects including expansions, migrations, and audits.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for escalated network and telephony issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to networking and IP telephony.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our IT Network Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing and supporting Extreme Networks infrastructure and Avaya IP telephony systems. He will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and support of our enterprise network and voice systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Experience on Aruba Wi-Fi or Firewalls will be an advantage
