Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a skilled professional to manage NOC applications for landscaping projects. You will ensure compliance with local environmental and regulatory standards, liaising with authorities, clients, and internal teams to streamline approvals.

The role involves maintaining NOC databases, coordinating renewals, and preparing SOPs for efficient regulatory adherence across projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, documentation, or regulatory affairs, preferably in landscaping, construction, or real estate.
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office).
• Familiarity with Gov Portals and local regulations and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and compile documents for obtaining NOCs from relevant authorities.
• Prepare and submit NOC applications in a timely, accurate manner.
• Track status of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to expedite approvals.
• Maintain a centralized database of NOCs with validity periods and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers and internal teams to ensure NOC requirements are understood.
• Prepare reports on NOC status, compliance issues, and project delays for management.
• Develop and update SOPs for NOC applications and compliance.
