Job summary

DBB in the United Arab Emirates seeks an No Objection Certificate & Authority Engineer to obtain NOCs and ensure regulatory compliance for infrastructure and utility projects. You will collaborate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to secure approvals and maintain documentation in line with local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in obtaining NOCs and approvals for infrastructure & utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for infrastructure and utility projects.
• Ensure all documentation and submissions are in compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
• Monitor and track the progress of approval processes and address any issues or delays.
• Provide technical support and expertise on utility infrastructure requirements.
• Keep abreast of any changes in regulations or requirements related to infrastructure and utilities.
