Job summary

Günal Construction Dubai is hiring a NOC Engineer to support our infrastructure and road projects in Dubai. You will coordinate approvals with RTA, DEWA, DM, and other authorities, prepare and submit NOC applications, and monitor their progress to ensure compliance through all project stages.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with at least 2 years of UAE NOC/authority coordination experience, and strong communication and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years UAE experience in NOC/Authority Coordination.
• Experience in infrastructure/road projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of RTA, DEWA, DM and utility authority NOC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and obtain NOCs/approvals from RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality (DM), du, Etisalat, DUSUP, and other relevant authorities.
• Prepare, submit, monitor, and follow up on NOC applications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, utility agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Review utility drawings and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordinate utility diversion, relocation, protection, and crossing works.
• Follow up on authority comments, technical discussions, resubmissions, and approvals.
• Ensure NOC conditions are properly communicated and implemented at site.
• Maintain NOC trackers, approvals, records, and correspondence.
