Job summary

SR International INC. is seeking a dedicated facilities cleaner in Glendale, AZ. The role involves routine and special cleaning to keep facilities sanitary and orderly, with in-person interviews required for local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Prepare, paint, strip and reseal surfaces.

• Maintain facilities during vacations and respond to requests.

Performs routine and special cleaning of facilities and buildings to ensure they are clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets
• Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Cleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipment
• Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures
• Moves furniture and equipment
• Prepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfaces
• Washes and cleans walls, windows and vents
• Inspects and maintains facilities during vacation periods
• Performs assigned tasks in response to requests and complaints
• Adheres to applicable policies and procedures
• Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition
• Performs other duties as assigned Etc

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
